The goal is to teach critical problem-solving skills, social competencies, hope for the future and autonomy. The program places heavy emphasis on hands-on activities that are age and grade appropriate.

After school program focused on teaching children’s ways to become:
- More self aware and formulate self identity
- Recognize and build healthy relationships
- Develop leadership abilities by recognizing talents and taking on responsibility
- Learning how to balance personal and professional goals
- Improve decision making
8–10 modules
- Students meet two times a week for one hour each week to work on each module for 8–10 weeks
