Trauma-Informed Recovery and Healing in India
SAFECHR’s Bharat Trauma Center initiative is designed to create long-term, trauma-informed healing environments for survivors of human trafficking, violence, and severe exploitation in India. The program focuses on recovery through safe housing, clinical care, education, and structured rehabilitation services. Located within SAFECHR’s broader SAFE Villages vision, the Bharat Trauma Center combines therapeutic care with sustainable community support systems—creating spaces where survivors are given stability, dignity, and the time needed to heal and rebuild their lives.
